The context
An international luxury Maison based in Paris operates across two separate sites. The headquarters handles 90% of incoming flows, while the second site hosts the creative teams. Unique pieces with very high intrinsic value circulate between the two locations, with the Maison’s responsibility engaged at every stage of the process.
A challenge that had become critical
Before the deployment, flow management relied on Excel spreadsheets, manual notifications, photos shared via Microsoft Teams, and directory searches carried out case by case. For shipments of such value, within an organization of this stature, this level of manual handling was no longer sustainable. Three structural weaknesses had emerged: confidentiality risks, the absence of formal proof of delivery, and an operational image that no longer matched the standards upheld across the rest of the Maison.
A deep operational transformation
The deployment of Isitrac 360 across both sites enabled the traceability of internal logistics flows to be aligned with the level of excellence expected from a luxury Maison. The full case study details the solution implemented, the deployment choices made across the two sites, and feedback from the Logistics Manager.
