En effet, le CHU bordelais se divise en 3 \u00e9tablissements hospitaliers, eux-m\u00eames compos\u00e9s de plusieurs h\u00f4pitaux et \u00e9tablissements (cliniques, EHPAD, etc.). L\u2019organisation de l\u2019h\u00f4pital s\u2019architecture autour de 21 p\u00f4les et 18 directions. Au c\u0153ur de cette mini ville, le service courrier<strong> <\/strong>assure la collecte, l\u2019affranchissement et la distribution du courrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus de 50 recommand\u00e9s par jour sont ainsi enregistr\u00e9s, point\u00e9s puis distribu\u00e9s tout en effectuant des <strong>transferts de responsabilit\u00e9<\/strong>. Pour faciliter l\u2019enregistrement des recommand\u00e9s, Isitrac dispose d\u2019une saisie intuitive et de <strong>champs auto remplis<\/strong>. De plus, pas besoin de douchette, une <strong>cam\u00e9ra capture l\u2019image<\/strong> des recommand\u00e9s ainsi que les <strong>codes \u00e0 barres<\/strong>. En effet, la cam\u00e9ra OCR est la cl\u00e9 de voutre pour une tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 fiable et rapide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;apr\u00e8s le responsable courrier du site, \u00ab la cam\u00e9ra nous permet de capturer l\u2019image du recommand\u00e9 et son code \u00e0 barres, c\u2019est un gain de temps important pour nos agents quand ils saisissent et quand ils font des
